Cancellation Policy - Shesh Forever

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order. This policy applies to all purchases made on sheshforever.com, operated by Snesh Enterprise.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been packed, shipped, or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customised, made-to-order, or sale/discounted items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Cancellation by Snesh Enterprise (Shesh Forever)

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

· Product out of stock or unavailability at the time of processing.

· Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transaction.

· Incorrect pricing or product information displayed due to a technical error.

· Non-serviceability of the delivery address by our courier partners.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be processed.

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For payments made via Razorpay, the refund will be credited back to the source account — UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking — as applicable. Razorpay processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled before dispatch will not require any refund, as no payment has been collected.

How Razorpay Payments Are Handled

All online payments on Shesh Forever are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway. In the event of a cancellation or failed transaction, any amount debited will be automatically reversed or refunded as per Razorpay's refund policy.

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, please wait up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly.
